NOW ACCEPTING SUBMISSIONS

Luna Negra Magazine strives to publish outstanding literary and artistic achievements by current and former Kent State students.
 
We encourage you to submit your work to be considered for publication in our online edition as well as Luna Negra's annual print issue.

A submissions deadline for 2013 has not yet be set. 

HOW TO SUBMIT:

To submit your work, send us an e-mail with your attachments at lunanegramag@gmail.com. We can arrange to photograph or scan artwork if needed. We recommend sending up to five works.

WHAT TO SUBMIT:

Creative Writing: Submit your poetry, prose, short stories, nonfiction, and creative essays. There is no word limit.

Art: Submit images of your paintings, drawings, illustrations, sculptures, prints, or comics. Please include the work’s title, actual-size dimensions, and media.
  
Photography: Submit your photojournalism and artistic photography. Please include a title and a brief photo caption. 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND:

- Submissions must be previously unpublished and your own work.
- Please include a brief bio with your submission.
- Visual submissions must be accompanied by a brief description.
- Images must be submitted as .jpg or .tiff with a minimum resolution of 150 ppi.
